Richard Henry Wyzykowski, 85, of Berkeley Township, NJ, formerly of South Amboy, NJ, passed away Tuesday, June 20th, 2017.

Born to the late Henry & Helen (Smolinski) Wyzykowski, Rich was raised in Perth Amboy and lived over 50 years in South Amboy prior to moving to Berkeley Township 10 years ago. Rich was a proud veteran of the US Navy . He worked 36 years at DuPont Photo Products of Parlin, NJ, prior to his retirement in 1991.

Rich loved his family and always put them first. Every activity that his family was involved in, Rich was there too, volunteering his skills! Rich will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 63 years , Anne Olszak Wyzykowski, son, Gregory Wyzykowski and wife Lisa, daughters, JoAnn Fulop and husband George, Karen Walczak and husband Tim, Pam David and husband Larry, grandchildren, Christine Walczak Salmon and husband Daniel, Tim and Andrew Walczak, Katie, Eric, Elizabeth and Kyle David, Matthew Fulop and Madchen Wyzykowski, great granddaughters, Taylor and Mikayla Salmon, brother Henry Watson and his wife Arlene, sister Louise Dambach and many nieces and nephews.

Rich is predeceased by his parents, son, Rick Wyzykowski and sister, Joyce Mortensen.

Visitation will take place on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street in South Amboy, NJ with a special service from the Catholic War Veterans at 6 p.m. Funeral services will begin on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in South Amboy. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Parlin, NJ.
